Shop Terms & Conditions

Your order will normally be despatched with seven days. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact us. Please see the new postage charges below introduced at the start of the 2009/10 season.

Exchanges and refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

We are unable to exchange or refund a custom-printed shirt or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Therefore, personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty - unsuitable sizes cannot be returned once the item has been personalised.

Returns should be marked for the attention of Charlton Athletic Mail-order department, The Valley, Floyd Road, London SE7 8BL. We would advise you to return goods by Special Delivery as Charlton Athletic cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. All postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods being returned are faulty.

Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined on the website are correct. However, errors/omissions may occur.

Cancellation of order

You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the eighth working day after placing your order, unless the goods have been personalised in any way.

You do not need to give a reason for cancelling the order.

To cancel your order you should notify Charlton Athletic Mail Order in writing at the following address: Charlton Athletic Mail-order Department, The Valley, Floyd Road, London SE7 8BL or email retail@cafc.co.uk

If you have received the goods before you cancel the order, you must send the goods back to the address above at your cost and risk, as soon as possible.

Once you have notified Charlton Athletic Mail Order that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation provided that you return the goods in their original condition to Charlton Athletic Mail Order Department, The Valley, Floyd Road, London SE7 8BL.

Any other refunds will be by cheque.

Please note: cheque/credit card transactions will be processed prior to the despatch of order.

Stock availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sell out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible we may offer an alternative item on approval. If this is not possible, we will place the out of stock item on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on separate delivery.

If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer you an alternative item wherever possible.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurate as possible, however web colours may vary slightly from the actual product colour.
