If you have used internet ticketing before, know your membership (CON) number and your password then please go directly to the CONTINUE button below.

However, If this is the first time you have used this facility, you will need to generate a password. This can be done by clicking the CONTINUE button and following the three simple steps outlined below:

• 1. Type your membership (CON) number into the 'Membership number' field (you will find this number on your Red Card or inside your season-ticket book, if you have one).

• 2. It is important that you leave the 'Password' field blank.

• 3. Then click the 'Password unknown' button.

We will then email you your password, which you should receive within 30 minutes. If we do not hold a valid email address or you do not receive a reply confirming your password, please call the commercial centre on 0871 226 1905.

Calls to 0871 226 1905 cost 10p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks and mobiles may cost more

Clicking a link within the email will direct you back to the log in screen (as shown above). You will then be able to use your password to complete your purchase.
