For information on disabled fans season tickets, click here.

Home Tickets

The commercial centre will process your ticket application and you can contact them during opening hours. When you book your ticket you will need to state your requirements, for example if you would like a headset, a lift pass or a parking space.

You can contact the commercial centre by calling 0871 226 1905, if this is not convenient, you can send the club a fax on 020-8333 4011 or email tickets@cafc.co.uk.

Calls to 0871 226 1905 cost 10p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks and mobiles may cost more

There may be occasion when the commercial centre staff will need to refer you to the disability liaison officer, who will contact you directly to ensure your request can be satisfied.

Tickets will be allocated to disabled supporters under the same terms and conditions as all Charlton Athletic supporters as explained in the club's charter.

The deadlines for purchasing tickets will be the same as for general sales.

Information on tickets appears in the matchday programme, in the daily e-mail Bulletin and posted on the club website as well as reported in local press.

Parking

Parking around The Valley is minimal and currently fully allocated. In the event of parking becoming available on the day of the the disability liaison officer will be in a position to re-allocate these spaces to supporters wishing to park.

The same procedure will apply for re-allocating parking spaces as they become available, as applies to tickets above.

In the event that there is no on-site parking, disabled supporters (ambulant or wheelchair) are entitled to receive a disabled access/drop-off pass. This allows the disabled supporter to be dropped off at the entrance to the stadium near where their seat will be. The driver then leaves the stadium area and parks away from the ground. After the game the disabled supporter can again be collected from the relevant exit once the post-game football traffic has dispersed.

Away Tickets

Ambulant disabled supporters:

Away tickets will be sold to disabled fans under the same conditions as all Charlton Athletic supporters as explained in the club's charter. The commercial centre will process your ticket application and you can contact them during opening hours. When you book your ticket you will need to state your requirements, for example if you would like a headset, a lift pass or a parking space.

Prices for away tickets vary. Notification will be given of ticket costs through the usual outlets.

Supporters using wheelchairs:

There are many stadiums which provide few spaces for wheelchair users, therefore limiting the allocation to our supporters.

The number of wheelchair spaces will be advertised wherever possible with all away ticket information and supporters should refer to the match programme, club website and the daily e-mail Bulletin.

Prices for away tickets vary from club to club. Notification of ticket costs will be given wherever possible through the matchday programme, club website, and the daily e-mail Bulletin.

In order to ensure that the supporters receiving the tickets are those whom regularly attend, the standard priority procedure will be used as above and in the club's charter.

Where the number of applicants for tickets is greater than the number of tickets available, allocation of the tickets will be by first-come first-served basis.

Away Travel

As the club has taken over running away coach travel from the supporters' club, the disabled coach may be booked via the commercial centre on 0871 226 1905, check the official website www.cafc.co.uk, or email tickets@cafc.co.uk.
