Operating hours for the commercial centre and 0871 226 1905 hotline are 9am-5pm weekdays, Saturdays from 9am-1pm (or until kick-off and again after the final whistle on matchdays). It is closed on Sundays. Calls to 0871 226 1905 cost 10p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks and mobiles may cost more. The Valley Superstore also sells tickets. The Superstore opens from 10am-5pm weekdays, 10am-4pm Saturdays, closed Sundays..

20010/11 season tickets

Full adult and over 60s/U21 concession season tickets for Charlton's 2010/11 campaign are no longer for sale. They are replaced by 18-match tickets, covering the fixtures scheduled to be played from the beginning of October onwards, and priced at 80 per cent of the original rate.

The reason is that most tickets can be bought at the 18-game rate in conjunction with match tickets for the three fixtures in the intervening period at less than the full season price.

Adult season tickets now cost £232 in the north stand and north-west quadrant, £320 in the wings of the east and upper west and £340 elsewhere in the east and west stands. The adult price in the family stand has fallen to £192, although this must be purchased with an U18 season ticket.

The club did not want fans to purchase full-rate season tickets and then calculate that they would have done better to buy match by match during September before committing.

Corresponding reductions have also been made to the cost of seasonal hospitality, including Crossbars, as well as parking at The Valley and the Valley Express season pass. Details are available from the commercial centre.

However, there is no reduction in price for U18s and U11s and season tickets in these age categories continue to cover all remaining matches.

Adult and over 60s/U21 season-ticket booklets bought at the reduced rate will not be issued until the fifth home game has been played, but they can be ordered at any time.

A revised season-ticket application form for postal applicants to use will be available shortly to download at www.cafc.co.uk, although the original form will still be accepted with the appropriate payment. It can be downloaded here.

Sales stood at 8,929 on Tuesday, August 24th; online booking and the Zebra Finance deferred payment option are no longer available.

2010/11 campaign

Matchday ticket prices at The Valley remain unchanged from last season, with the exception of a new, lower £13 price for over 60s and U21s in the upper north and north-west quadrant. Adult prices are £17, £22 and £25, with over 60s paying £13 and £17, and all U18s £5. Valley Express continues from across Kent and Sussex at £7 per head.

From January, however, the £17, £22 and £25 prices will all rise by 50p to cater for the increase in VAT to 20 per cent. The £5 and £13 prices will not change and season tickets are unaffected. Valley Express is zero-rated for VAT.

Home games normally go on sale approximately four weeks in advance.

Away match prices are set by the host club and will vary from fixture to fixture. Sales for some away fixtures will be restricted in order to manage demand and protect the rights of particular groups of supporters. For the same reason, away tickets will not always be sold online.

Fans can purchase match tickets online, by calling the hotline on 0871 226 1905 or in person at the Valley commercial centre.

Supporters can book return travel to The Valley via the Valley Express coach service, and get more information on the pick-up points and timings, here.
